WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information refers to information that identifies you such as your name and address. At various places throughout our websites, you are asked to voluntarily provide us with personal information if you wish to purchase products/services or you wish to obtain other services such as our online newsletter, called Moberly Lake Community Newsletter or you wish to participate in a contest.
The following is a list of the ways that MLCA collects personal information from you: Online subscription to MLCA Newsletter. We ask you for your email address when you subscribe online for the MLCA Newsletter so that we can send you the newsletter you have requested, as well as email promotions and announcements. When you subscribe online, we will send you an email to verify that you wish to subscribe, and to ensure that someone else did not submit your email address without your knowledge or consent.
You may unsubscribe for MLCA Newsletter at any time, and your email address will be deleted from our newsletter mailing list. If you unsubscribe for MLCA Newsletter, you will not receive email promotions and announcements.
Online Surveys . In order to better understand our customers’ needs, occasionally we may ask visitors of our website to provide us with personal information about their preferences about web issues.
Online Contests . From time to time, we sponsor games and sweepstakes online. To participate, we ask for your name, address, and email address, so we can notify you if you win, and may ask for other information. These online contests are optional.
Helpdesk / Online Support . When you contact our Helpdesk by phone, we ask for your name and phone number. When you contact our Helpdesk over the Internet, we ask for your name, phone number and email address. We may require further information in order to provide you with support. We retain your support history in order to provide faster and more accurate assistance. This information is stored on an internal database which is only accessible by certain personnel and is password protected.
WHAT OTHER INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
MLCA’s website server automatically collects the following non-personally identifiable information from visitors of our site:
